Chrome towhook inserts

I don't know about them.
But, I do know that you can go to the dealer and buy/order the chrome tow hooks that are on the Harley Davidson SD.
I've seen a few trucks that have put them on, look pretty good.
Edit: Or, if you want the plate that goes around the hook the trucks I know of just take theirs or buy new ones and have them chromed.
