LUND MAKES a aftermarket step that may fit your ranger.
GO RHINO makes a cool step also. I did'nt see a application chart, but I think most steps are universal anyway, aren't they.
Did you check eBay out? I bought some brand new polished steps for my F-150 from there for $25.00.

I'v never seen them, however you could make your own with some diamond plating. Just take your old ones off and trace it onto some diamond plating or other metal and cut it out or have a metal shop do it for you.

Im not sure who makes those sidesteps, but my buddy had those same type of steps on his lightning and he went to a custom shop and they removed them and painted them. So you might have to get it done at a custom shop, because they can probably fabricate something and polish it to whatever finish you want.
