any special tools/tips?

I need to replace my serpentine tensioner and the speed sensor above the rear differential. Are any special tools needed for this or just sockets/wrenches. Also any special techniques/tips or is it just remove and reinstall the same way you take it off?

also, any reccomendations for sources for parts for the best deals?
