I have a 1984 F-250 w/460. My fuel lines (supply and return) from the tank selector valve to the engine are leaking. Does anyone know, A: What diameter the lines are (pretty rusted, so hard to tell)? B: If anyone sells them pre-bent or if I have to do it myself?
I did a similar job last summer with my '82 E-350 w/460. Nobody in town had pre-bent lines; they said the inventory space would be prohibitive, plus they aren't big sellers. They had straight tubing in various lengths and sizes.
Can't remember what size tubing it was - I just took a piece of the old line to the store to match with. I used a spring-type bender kit to make the new fuel line. Use the old line as a pattern for the new one. Seemed like a hassle for a simple job, but that's what it took to do-it-yourself.
