lowbeam not working

lowbeam not working
I have a 1997 Exlporer in which the lowbeams stopped working. Two years ago I added fog lights, which were wired into the lowbeams as per the instuction for installation. One burned out not to long ago and before I got to replace it my lowbeams and foglights (no power to the light in the switch on the dash) stopped working. The highbeams and running lights are fine. I checked all the fuses, nothing wrong there. Is there a relay or solenoid that could have blown. Thanks for your help.

Earlier in the site i read about a lamp out module that was causing this problem.. It is located near the centre of the dash closer to the passenger side read on in this forum for specific details
