I have found that if you disconnect your batteries for a couple secs it will reset, atleast until it throws the code again.
mine seems to do it in o/d around 45-50 mph if i maintain that speed for a time. some kind of slippage im guessing.
but i now how you feel so try the quick fix until you can get it to a shop.
o yeah i saw a used e4od w/od on e-bay for $600.00
