Without having them done in an upholstery shop, you may not find any. This is because of the seat belt coming out of the seat back. If anyone finds any that will fit these seats please post.

No idea if this is what you're looking for, but it may be of interest to you. I'd contact the seller as they seem to be able to fit a lot of configurations (front, back, etc.).

That picture is of a super crew cab. It doesnt have the seatbelt coming out of the seatback. It has the seatbelt on the b-pillar. But thanks anyway.

Thanks for the post. I wish they would fit mine but they won't. My seats have the seatbelt coming out of the back of the seat. Mike 04 f-150 Scab Bright Red Cloth Captain Chairs 5.4 FX4 3.55

Bigjack I tried to look up covers for the 2004, but all it lists is the Heritage model.

You might try to contact that seat cover manufacturer directly and see if they have something in the works or call truckaddons.com and see what they say.--Jack

Why do some 04's have the seat belt in the seat and others in the b-piller?

I think it's for ease of entry into the extended portion of the cab on supercab trucks. I can vouch for this, as my grandfather has a 98 f150 super cab with the front seat belts hanging from the ceiling and I have to do the "limbo" to get into the back seat. Since Screws have regularly opening rear doors the seat belt can be mounted to the b-piller.
