amplify door speakers

amplify door speakers
hey people, another question for ya. how would go about amplifying door speakers? i mean, i know how you physiclly do it, you need an amp and etc, but what wires go to where? i am going to amplify Alpine Type-S 5x7's. any help?

ive never physically done it, but will do it once i get a new amp/sub combo..here goes
first of all, no speaker wires will be hooked up to your speakers from your headunit, all will run to the amp...
RCA's will go from your cd player to your amp, and then your amp's speaker outputs will go to your speakers..make sense?
just run new wiring (16ga woudl be fine)to the speakers..from your amp, and then your RCA cables to your amp..just like a pair of subwoofers
