Right now, 8 miles to Fredex, and 9 miles to the jobsite, I live in the middle of both.

Thats a fun run, I go that way to Robinsville NC when on vac. But I'd do that run if I could live up there. Did some camping on Doll Mountain on lake Carter. Thinking it on st.rd 382?? Planing a trip back up there this summer.

8 miles 5 days a week. Wife drives 45 miles to work each way, and another 10 miles to school . I think I change her oil every three or four weeks or so, like today for example.

About 90 miles or less round trip. 5 times or more per week.
I run about 430 miles per 4 - 6 days on the tank. Talk about expensive fuel

60-70 miles round trip. It's about 1 hour and 15 minutes each way, I rely entirely on public transportation (train).

Question Depends

When I work from Hill AFB it's 78 miles 1 way...IF I have to work from the Guard base it's 112 one way. Up at 0345 out the door at 0415 and "official" start to the day is 0600. Quitting time is supposed to be 1630 and we work 4-10's and one weekend a month. My job usually runs a lot more hours and days than that though. I've been doing this for going on 3 years now and I really like it. Before that I was an electronics technician and just drove the 78 miles everyday. Liked my work so it made it worth it.

63.5 miles one way from my door to the door of our head office. I go there most of the time.

When I'm working on a jod site, then you never know. I have driven 2 hours & forty five minute once to get to a job from home. Never clocked it to see what the miles were.
