I added some xenon light bulbs that I got in some clear corners for an escort from some guy. He said just take em. Thats besides the point, I put them in the reverse lights of my tails, and the look great! It looks like a million bucks all lit up at night. I'll have to get some pics. Just thought I'd share
so you can add xenon bulbs to the stock expys? I was under the assumption that you had to upgrade the wiring to handle the xenons. Can you add xenons to the front (headlights) as well as the taillights? What do the xenons run$$? Thanks
npearman, these bulbs are available everywhere and are very cheap. I had a set in my headlights that cost something like $18/pr. They were so-so. Now I have Silverstars and like them much better. Now if you want true HID, get the checkbook out.
The xenons had a cheesy blue coating, hence they produced a weird color light....it was supposed to replicate the much more expensive HID systems. The Silverstars produce a brighter, whiter light.
