I fried up some fish thursdsy. I took store bought breadcrumbs, and mixed with lemon pepper salt then fried in about 1/2inch of cooking oil. YUM YUM. I like mine cooked well, but not dried out. Thats how they were. I made chille tonight for sundays dinner, since i am not going to feel like cooking a lot.
Tonight was clean-out-the-fridge night, so we had leftover gumbo, spaghetti & meatballs, and pasta with sausage. Nobody on a diet in this house!
I'm going to cook turkey enchiladas next, with homemade guacamole and corn cake. mmmmmmmm

Last week I baked a salmon fillet with some lemon juice and some kind of spices. In the past I've made chili and lasagna. Breakfast is bacon and eggs, (scrambled or sunny side up) or porridge. But my specialty is KD.
I can't cook. If I do, both me, and the person/s who I cook for won't be alive the following day to tell everyone how my food turned out.
My favorite food both to make, and to eat would be pasta. I'm 100% Italian

I make killer fajitas......
I found this great sauce, called Pace cooking sauce, its called sweet onion and pepper or something like that. It turned a mess of chicken into the best pile of fajitas I've ever made, and I am a pretty good cook.
