I am working on a 1968 F100 that has a 360 and a 2 barrel carb. I am looking for info on this carb. The only thing I can find is "Motorcarft" stamped on top. There are no other numbers or stamps on it. What I need is:
What CFM 2 bbl carb's came on this engine?
Is the bolt pattern the same as a Holley 2300 series?
Without knowing the carb numbers, I'd have to guess the carb flows about(??) 500cfm. And yes, the bolt patterns should be the same for the two carbs. Unless the patterns are different! :-) Compare the two before forking out any dough if possible.
Had that 350 cfm on my 390 when I bought it, later installed 500 cfm 2 bbl Holley. Big difference in get up and go, but after rebuild got rid of 80 lb intake mani, and put Edelbrock and 4bbl Holley on it. NOW we're perking up!
