Another noise question.
I have only heard itt 3 or 4 times, whenever i go off road (through mud and water). It sound like it is coming from the passenger side on my 99 4.0. It sounds kinda like an air horn or something. when i hit the gas it would go away, but then return as the engine slowed down. It only did it each time for about a minute. I was wondering if water got into something that would make it do that. It hasnt been getting into the intake or it would hydrolock it, right???
