using 4.6 EEC in 460 app.
I'm starting a project and need a little advice. I have a 76 460 engine I am rebuilding and since I work maintance for a local taxi co. have access to lots of EEC IV and EEC V stuff for a 4.6l from Crown Vics. I need to know if a chip can be burned to take the EEC from a 4.6 cal to a 7.5. Any info would be appreciated.

Sure, you could do it but its going to require dyno pulls to get the air/right. Its going to require local tuning due to the number of pulls its going to take. I think you'll be better of with an aftermarket EFI system that will let you adjust A/F and timing yourself so you can dial it in as you get experience driving it.
