Jacking both rear wheels in the air and counting rotations of the drive shaft vs. rotations of the tires will give you a ball park estimate. The change in gearing would depend on stock tire size and gears.

Sometimes there is a metal tag attatched to one of the diff cover bolts that has the ratio stamped in it. I have also seen it stamped into the cover itself. If you have a tach and know your engine rpm at any mph in drive, or whatever gear gives you a 1:1 trans ratio and know the diameter of your tires, there are ratio calculators that can tell you what the ratio is. Go to any axle gear parts website www.precisiongear.com www.ring-pinion.com and use thier calculators.
