What's missing?

Hope someone can help me out with a question here. I have a 1995 f350 duelly XLT CC PSD that I purchased used. Some component has been removed from the fire wall in the engine compartment just below where the hood hinge on the drivers side attaches to the fire wall. There is a bare spot there with two small screw holes and some small wires have been clipped. Truck runs great and I haven't found any accessory that doesn't work.

Just bugs me...Would appreciate it if someone would take a look at theirs and let me know what I'm missing!

I have my truck with me at work today. Ill take a look after 12:00 and see if I can tell what it was. I have a 95 250.

Maybe the spot where a horn/siren was located for an alarm system.

I think Code 5 Ford nailed it. The spot you described is exactly where the horn for my alarm is.

Thanks guys. That would explain why I haven't noticed anything unusual I guess.Just came in from doing the 10k modification on my truck. Hate to say it but I can't really tell much difference. About to go get the parts I need for my home made intake system. Hope I have better results with it. Thanks again!
