Front end won't lock

Front end won't lock
I have a 89 Bronco 2 with 2.9 v6 4spw/OD.It is 4x4 as of last night it won't lock in 4wd now it has the Electric shift on the dash,it don't light up but I can hear it clicking when I push the button.Checked the fuse under the hood it is ok.Not sure what else to check can anyone else help??

NOt sure if the Bronco 2 has any of the same issue's as the Explorer, however your post has all the same symptom's as being the motor being out of position,
