A 1990-1996, around those year models, F-250 with the 300 straight six, a 4x4 with the zf5 transmission? With a extended cab short or long bed? Just curious I have always wanted one, I currently have a 1990 F-150, 300, 2wd, E4OD.
The 300 was standard in the F-250 LD, but it was regular cab 4x2 only. It was standard in some F-250 HD 4x2's. For a 4x4 F-250 HD, it was optional (351 was standard) in a regular cab, and not available in a supercab. As for an F-250 supercab with a short bed, these were 96-97 models and only available with a 460 or Powerstroke.
So I guess to answer your question, there may be an F-250 supercab out there with a 300, but it'll be 4x2, and I'm betting you'll have a tough time finding one.

F250 Reg. Cab 4x4 4.9EFI & ZF trans
From 1987 to 1991(don't quote me on this.)
They're all Light Duty models with the semi-float 10.25 rear and
the GVWR is at 6800 as opposed to 8600 for heavy duty.
Dana 44HD front as opposed to Dana 50 for HD.
According to brochure's I have, 4.9 is not available with
4x4 Heavy Duty F250. (IMO it should've been)
Alot of big road grading/construction companies here are still running trucks of that descriptions, just leave on the site beaters, abused to the bone
Why get rid of a truck that wont die
What gets me is the guys that drive the brand new trucks home also treat the new trucks the same as the old beaters with 4 inches of mud in them, they haul mud in they new ones just the same
