Roller rockers

Roller rockers
I have a 360 with stock heads, i kinda want to put new parts in them. But i want roller rockers but i cant find any kits for the stock heads. It shouldnt matter, but i have a 72 f100 ranger. Only reason im saying that is cuz last time i posted the admins got mad that i didnt put that down. So im just looking for some brands or companies who sell them... right now my stock ones are rattling like they need to be adjusted, but are non adjustable... so i want to put a set up in there that i can readjust with roller rockers. Thanks

would these work with my stock 360 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2455225826
if so what else would i need to make it complete?
I was also wondering what i would need to do, if anything to make this work, if it can... its a cam and lifter kit http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2455222596
or are these items even worth the money.

Those parts are compatible with your 360. The 352, 360, 390, 406, 427 and 428 motors can share most all of the top-end and valve train components.
That cam is a bit big in my opinion for a mild 360 build.
Maybe the Moderator can move this to the FE Engine forum to get exposure to some of the FE Engine gurus.
My opinion, Ebay is good for some things, but I think it's safer to go with the big online retailers for engine upgrade parts. Try Summitracing or jegs. hey have the support to help you get all the right accessories and good follow up service if needed.

okay a few quick engine pointers and hopefully i will get corrected if im wrong but, okay the heads for a 360 and a 390 are the same. the 1.76 ratio rockers are a stock configuration, the rattling sound could probably be taken care of with a new set of lifters if the are hydraulic they may not be pumping up all the way, as for the roller rockers unless you are planning on turning over 6000 rpm,s they wont make much difference for better advice go to the 332-428 fe engine board in this forum and ask them (big group of very smart gear heads)

Are you sure it's not a collapsed hydraulic valve lifter? Sometimes they get gummed up and make a rattley tick sound. I'd pop the valve covers and see if they really are loose. If you can see the slop, then either the spring has broke in the valve lifter, and it has collapsed completely, or the valve train has worn down to the point that you can see the the slop. Usually the lifters should take up any slop during the life of the engine.
If it's just gummed up lifters like I suspect, try some Marvel Mystery Oil, mixed at 1/10th of the oil next oil change. It's good at freeing them up if they're not too bad. Be sure to change it out when it gets black with all the sludge.
If you do need adjustable rockers, DSC sells the assemblies for $215 apiece, or the rockers individually, new or used.
