[updated:LAST EDITED ON 01-Jul-02 AT 10:10 PM (EST)]I have a constant clicking sound comming from what sound like the right front hub... noticed it the other day when I drove down an alley and could hear the sound echoing from the walls. it is not a rock in the tire and I havn't torn it apart yet... anyone else have this problem????
Are your locks of or on. My first thuogh is the u-joint may have gone out.
I havn't had any probs with mine yet but I'm sure there are others here that know more.
Got the same problem after I disengage the 4 wheel drive.
I am fighting with the dealer now. He says it is normal since sound goes away after a while. I think it is the hubs not completely disengaging. DId you use your 4 wheel drive?
Check the torque of all your lug nuts. Loose lug nuts will cause that clicking sound. This is a pretty common problem, especially if you have the alloy wheels.
