Rumbling from down under

97 PowerStroke 7.3 4X4 rumbles
First thanks to all who diagnosed my cam position sensor problem.
I never in a million years would guess it.
Now another deal, when I start my truck it has a real bad rumble it feels as if right below my feet.
When I take it out of gear at speeds it stops, however if I excellarate out of gear it rumbles, and when back in gear it rumbles.
Not so much a sound or noise but a real feel, shakes the dash , ashtray, confidense.
Help

There's an exhaust donut gasket directly under the front corner of the area for your feet. If you develop an exhaust leak there, you'll get something very similar to what you're describing. It's kinda tough to get to the bolts, but once you get the leak stopped, it's sure nice.

Thanks for the advise, I crawled under to take a look, found the donut you suggested, but it looked okay, but noticed that infront of my transfer case the housing was cracked and broke all around the spindle,,,,or what ever that is at the front (closest to the engine.) any advise on how to identify what it is and /or what im speaking of.
