I just finished putting in Herculiner roll in bedliner. It was pretty easy to do. Basically you clean the box out real good, scuff the paint, clean it with 3m stuff, and then apply the first coat of "goo". Wait for an hour and two and then apply the second coat. It turned out beautiful.
My buddy Al and I did it. he owns the local Bumper to Bumper store and sold the entire kit for less than $100.00. The sprayon estimate I got was $400.00
CAUTIONS: Make sure you tape off the areas you dont want to have the liner on.
Make sure that you are WELL VENTILATED. My buddy and I did it in his garage with all the windows and doors open and we still, "got fumigated". Yep, we took a trip and never the left the garage! Seriously, be well ventilated.
I would highly recommend this as an alternative to the expensive sprayon bedliner.
I have been pondering this for a while... I think I might check into this a little more. I would think that you got a gallon. How much was left in case touch up's were needed later??
