Great Trucks

I have been around this website a good bit.....and it is a great website....now i kno it's so we Ford owners can talk to each other get help or thoughts but I am tired of just hearing the bads of the trucks...I have had some things wrong with my truck and it was in the dealers shop for a month...but all great things come with a price and the few things that I have gone thru are worth it in my mind.....I got a hell of a tough, Built Ford Tough that is, truck and I am only making it look meaner, cleaner, bowtie tearing and Ram exterminator.....So I thank Ford for a great design and a tough truck and hope many of you feel the same way....so lets hear it...

Just a kid having fun

Great Trucks

I'm with you! These trucks kick ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two "bad" things can happen from boards like this.

1. You start to feel like your truck isn't what it's cracked up to be because you read about problems most of the time. Only a small percentage of owners actually POST here. And we all know that the most of owners don't have major problems.

OR

2. You become obsessed with modifiying it. And maybe forget how good it is to begin with.

I like to tinker and modify and have been truly blessed with the generosity of a couple users here with "donations". Plus, I have stumbled across many great deals. Personalizing your truck/car/body/whatever is a fun thing to do! But if I had not done anything to my truck, I could drive it for years and still be wearing that poop-eatin'-grin that was plastered on my face during the first drive!

But now that I have modified it a bit, the grin stays there even after I get out! And I've had almost $2000 in repair work done! (warranty)

Oh My, I Love my truck so much.

The PSD Sounds so good. Nothing like that Diesel Smell. Built Ford Tuff. Around here there is LOTS of construction going on. Almost every truck you see 8 out of 10 times is a Super Duty. These Trucks are So Good, that all the companies have them. I Love my truck. And I will always love it. I Plan on getting another one in a couple years. (I Love new trucks) but first i gotta get this truck set up. Next on the list is a 8" Fabtech lift, Weld Sidewinders, and 38" Swampers. I Love FORD!!!!

Best Damn Vehicle I have ever owned. I wouldn't trade it for a thing in the world (though I might trade the wife for a 350) That should about say it all.

Hey CB, send photo of wife and description of frame and drivetrain.....lol

I guess it does seem like there are lots of complaints, but I think thats because we dont have much to say when its going right. I mean, why ask for advise on part 123, if theres nothing wrong with it.

I love my truck, although I get alot of crap from all my bowtie friends, Theres no way I would go back. (in the foreseable future that is)

Drew

Well I don't have any pics but I will put it to you this way...She is more like an F350 as opposed to Monsta and Yeti's F650 SuperCrewzer's.

Great Trucks

Over 1 year & 15,000 miles with no visits to the service dept. other than for the seatbelt recall. This is a great truck!

Great Trucks

I am probably one of the older Super Duty owners to post at this site and I learned early that GM didn't have the product design philosophy that I subscribed to i.e. starter solonoid integral with starter motor (replace entire unit), voltage regulator integral with generator (replace entire unit), ball bearings in wheels instead of roller bearings.
I know that these things have changed through the years but I believe that thousands of miles of trouble free service from my SD 250 is testamony that the early design philosophy lives on.
Now if they could get their stock price back up to what I paid for it -------???
