I was positive I saw a Statue of Paul Bunyan & Blue Babe
at the entrance to the Redwoods Forest in California in 1980.
I even have a photo for proof!
Or did they move ?

where does everyone live...
Perryton, Texas. Way up north in the panhandle closer to Denver than Dallas. Home of Mike Hargrove(GM of Baltimore orioles). Its flat here , can see for miles. No girls in bikinis, no mountains, no rust on our cars, good place to check out how fast the old truck will run. We get some snow in winter and it gets hot in summer but low humidity. Not many folks around and that's ok, too. Farming, ranching and oil field. More pickups registered in the county than there are people. Good place to raise family, don't have to lock vehicle every time you leave it.

gosh I have learned a lot reading this thread. I never knew the capital of Europe was Brussels!! Wait until I play Trivia pursuit again.
