Tried to pull Starter

Ok I was working on my truck and tried to pull the Starter
found out the bottom mounting bolt was broke of flush
with the starter moter thing so I need help.

You should still be abel the get the top one out and pull the starter of the bottom one. Then if ther is enough to get ahold of you unskrew it with some visegrips. If not use a easy out.
