Hi out there. Just bought a 98 F-150 EXT CAB 4x4 with a 4.6. How do I find out what options it has. Trans, etc. Can I get this info from the vin #. I know the eighth # tells which motor(W for Romeo and 8 for Windsor, is this correct?) Looks like it has a trailer package but I would like to know for sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Try looking in the tech info section. There is an article 07/25/2003 named Ford Door Sticker Decoder. As for dealer add on's try speaking to a dealer.
