If you have the 'auto-light' option on your truck, you can turn the light switch to that postion (auto-light, to the left, aka: counter-clockwise), and pull out to have the fog-lights on, only. No running lights or regular headlights in that postion. They function as day-light running lights since they will go on and off with your igniton switch, in that postion.

The only other thing you can do is run a jumper wire from power to the fog light wire behind the switch so they are on all the time. I ran a jumper from my parking light wire to the fog light wire so i can have my parking lights and fogs on at the same time.

Thanks for all the help. I will have to read through all the info and give it a try on mine. I will let you all know what I find out. My switch does not pull out with the parking lights. They must have used whatever switch they had laying around. I tried to do this on my 98 F150 a couple of years ago with no luck. All I did was blow fuses. I found the relay that controlled the foglights and noticed that the polarity on the switching circut of relay would reverse when I switched the lights on. Anyways I'll try to do this in the next week or two if I can get a break from the yard work.
