I searched the darn web, and he's in black shorts, and a flag wrapped around his shoulders. There's your red black and white.
The show is from OZ... And the pay per view he has done is Ultimate Fighting Chamionship.
Those $3 dollar shoes are ace bandages for fights

Steve Borden is also known as Sting, the wrestler and occasional actor.
The movie was "The Real Reason (men commit crimes)" and it is one of my favorites of all time. Not just because he was in it, but because it is a smart, funny film that should have seen more screen time. He is highly underrated as a character actor IMO.
(Wrestling career aside that is.)
