Restoring Steering Wheels
Just curious about other techinques in restoring factory style steering wheels; after a light sanding and cleaning of the area needing filled; I have used a plumbers product call expoxy to fill the stress cracks at the base of each spoke. and the paint product I use was Krylon fusion paint; seems to be holding up well; just wanted to see if any one else has another yet better way?????Most catalog's prices for a factory wheel range $199.00 and up.............

Thanks for the web site will investigate; also how was your cab mount repair; my daily driver is needing to be replace; the man I bought the truck from use a L shape 1/4'' bracket with a new cab mount bolt kit on the drivers side; I need to replace both front cab mounts on my 66; Havn't really studied this repair procedure yet; Thanks again for the web site.
