FM-145 Trans

FM-145 Trans
I have put a new clutch pak along with throw out bearing & slave cylinder into this trans. I cannot get the trans in gear when the truck is running. If I turn the truck off & put in gear then try to start it the truck lunges foward. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM!!!:

I went thru this with.. uhm another brand truck.. about a year ago. Just keep pumping the pedal. It took three diff people to get mine to have good pressure, or about a 30-45 min of pumping. Worked great till it was totaled last month.

I took your advice
. I let the truck sit over night
& when I got home from work I tried it. I started it then began a five min pumping session
It did'nt go in @ first but then
the sun shined again
. It works like NEW!!!

the alternator is SHOT
