who makes a kit that includes everything from the master cylinder to the calipers and wheel cylinders

Skip the SS lines running along the frame (if you mean braided, stainless tubing on the other hand is a great idea), go to napa to get the tubing (or wherever you like).

i meen line not hose
i remember seeing in a magazine that somr one sold SS prebent line that just replaced the stock lines and you didnt have to bend or flare anything

I'll stick my neck out here and say they probably didn't get many takers. Stainless REALLY likes to gall and they may have had some issues with this. It is also less ductile and may have had issues with cracking. Not to mention it is damn expensive and can't be sand bent.
