I recently bought a 1976 F 100 w/ what was supposed to be a 390. But I had some work done to it and the mech told me it was a 410. The only #s on the block I can see are on the passengers and they are c7mea. He also made a comment about the aluminiam intake the #s on it are csae-9424-f if anyone can help identify .
the 410 can use the same block as the 390, the only way you could tell for sure is to measure the bore and stroke. Basicly a 390/360 block with a 428 crank...D44HD
