hi everyone, i was just wondering how hard it would be to relocate my coil, right now it sits right beside the carb, i would like to move it onto the firewall, but my coil to the distribitor cap is only like 6inches long, what should i do?
oh, i also have another question about start-ups, does it always take a carburated engine a long time to start in cold wheather, like yesterday i went out to start the truck and it stated right up, but i had to keep reving the engine so it would stay running by itself, it does this in the summer to, but when it warms up it's fine, should i put a combustion chamber cleaner in it or something..
you can put your coil any where under the hood preferably someplace it'll stay dry and cool your choke is not working properlyas far as the cold running trouble find a good carburator guy to set it right
