2003 SD 350 PSD FX4
Just talked to my dealer and my 2003 F350 SD PSD CC FX4 will ship from the factory on August 12. Previously I had read of a new truck checkoff list somewhere on FTE. I tried a search but could not locate it. Any directions would be appreciated. Also need to know the opinions on buying an extended warranty. Ball park figure for 6yrs 100K miles is $3000. A bit pricey even though its a 4X4. It has been my experience that things usually break in the first few months or after the warranty expires, no matter on long the warranty period is. I have already received a lot of info by joining this site.

the engine already comes with 5yr 100,000 mile warrenty. for your $3000 all you are getting is trans and axels. you could replace any of those componets for that amout of money. "my opinion" it would be a waste of money.
