If price is not a factor, what are the best all season tires for a F-250 in 285,75, E load range? We are on road more than off road, but we have farms that sometime take a good tire to get to. Thanks again to all for the great info posted here. Hopefully someday I'll be able to answer instead of just ask.

A lot of people like the BFG's in a 285/75R 16 but I believe they're rated a D (3305 lbs.). I've been looking into getting a set of the new Toyo tires but they are also a D (same 3305 lbs.). I'm really satisfied with the stock Firestone Steeltex tires that came on my truck. They have 41,000 miles and it looks like I'll get at least another 15,000 out of them. They are E rated but don't come in anything larger than a 265.
I don't know why I occasionally get double posts. I tried to fix it but it will let me edit them and not delete them.

i had the firestone steeltex on my truck did not care for the tire in the snow or offroad with light mud.couldnt even get up wet grass covered driveway without 4 wheel drive. bought the bridgestone duellers all terrian a little expensive 177.00 a tire but seem to perform really well feels more stable on highway and just had 7" of snow tires gripped really well.didnt even need to use 4 wheel drive to get going.my friend has bfg even he was empressed by the way they handled.have not tried it off road yet but think ill be happy with the results
