Engine Block Heater
Can anyone tell me where to find the plug for the engine block heater on a 2004 F350 Diesel?
Manual says under the grille on the passenger side but points to the tow hooks.
I don't see it in either place.

Yep,
as someone said before, too many 2002 owners were finding them so Ford tried a better hiding place !
try looking up from the bottom between the bumper/towhook and the radiator - use a flashlight !
and zip tied to the BLACK wire loom running down the side of the radiator will be a BLACK three prong plug with BLACK tape around it and a BLACK plastic plug....
mine was on the passenger side...
remember if you cut it loose how much wind is in there when driving - if left loose will beat up your radiator...
Many have done ingenious mods to mount in on front bumper/behind front license plate holder, etc...
do a search for heater plug and you'll see some neat stuff !
