prolator air filters
what do you guys think of prolator air filters. all i could find is prolator, proline, and fram. i hear a lot of bad things about fram and the proline look like a real cheapo filter.

Heres my input on filters. After doing a little checking around, I noticed that if one companies filter is good, other will follow. If ones filter sucks, then the other kinda might too. Stands to hillbilly logic anyway.

peppy- i read that a while ago. some good info in there. i was talking about air filters though. and i did mean to say purolator. i mixed words w/proline. i would like to use motorcraft but they are really hard to find. i found their oil filters tucked away on the bottom shelf at walmart, but no sign of air filters. they almost force you to buy fram. the entire isle is orange.

I have used the Purolator air filter in the F350. They seem to be ok filters. They sealed fine in the air box at least. I didnt care for the 'hairy' crank case breather though. Rather have a paper one.
