I had Santa bring me some Autometer gauges, oil pressure and tranny temp gauge. I plan to mount them in the space that would have the 4x4 buttons on the dash. I need a good suggestion on where to route the wires through the firewall. Is there a convenient grommet, or do you get out the drill and go to work?
the last truck i had was a 95 bronco and when i ran the wires for lights i ran them thru a plastic cover on the fire wall. now let me try to explain where it isn the fire wall on the drivers side kinda behind and below the brake mastercylinder was a dimond shaped cover that popped off and behind it was a hole thru the fire wall.i driled a hole in it ran the wires thru and put some silicon on the hole to seal it up. i assume it is where the clutch linkage would have gone(my truck was an auto) since you also have an auto you might take a look.
