i like my steak to taste like a steak not covered in steak sause or some other crap so thats all you taste i usually throw a little seasoning on my steak and eat it like that.

Sounds like a blackend steak to me, I'd try it.
Not real hip on the expresso but I'd try it.
I might add that all steaks have some flavoring added to them; it just depends on how much. A1 and H57 are both used to correct ruined steaks IMHO.

I like steak. Not meat covered in coffee grounds. I dont use any sauce on mine.
