Not aware of any online sources. Hollander Interchange manuals are usually available at your local library or you might try asking at the local scrapyard.
I have owned or worked on many Fords, I think the AWD hub fits only the Aerostar. You can find the hub listing in a TRW catalog, along with torque specs, if you want to flip hrough the pages and try to match the part number to something else.
I just replaced the front hub on my 92 AWD just a couple of months ago. I recommend that
I had originally gagged at the $260+ price from the dealer, but found an aftermarket at one of the local discount parts places (from a manufacturer with a know name) for $130.
I pulled the truck into my driveway at 9:15 one morning, and
pulled back out of the driveway with a new hub installed at 10:45.
The most unstraightforward pard of the job was separating the old hub from the spindle. I tapped a thin putty knife in at the joint to loosen it. It was suprisingly easy.
Just make sure that you have a new nut for the end of the axle shaft. I believe it requires a 30mm socket to remove the axle nut, and a 12pt-12mm(if I remember correctly) to remove the 3 bolts attaching the hub to the spindle.
