Front end again
Well, I've been nailed for some serious repairs in the last year, and hopefully this new problem is something I can get fixed under warranty. This past year I've had to replace my front rotors, my balljoints, my front axle uni's, my T-case, and have my tranny rebuilt. The Bronco is a 95 302 E4OD. Now the T-case I had replaced with a junkyard unit, tranny was rebuilt with all new parts. While my front end was apart for the ball joints and axle uni's I had Warn premiums put in. Recently, at slow speeds my left front is clicking, especially when turning. When I had it locked in 4WD it sounded like it was "catching", made some solid clunks when I shifted from Drive to Reverse, and vice versa. Nothing coming from right front. The hubs are guaranteed for life, and the mechanic said he warrantied his work for life, too, so I'm hoping whatever this is can be fixed for free, just wanted to see if anyone could guess what this might be. I do remember very similar thuds and clicks when the axle uni's were going bad, but they should be brand new.

have you check the driveline ujoints , how are the bushings that are on the radius arms . i have a worn bushing on the drivers side and it pops and clicks some times. have someone drive the rig slow so you can walk next to it an listen . might be able to pinpoint the problem a little easier.
