Any one have a good brew for a BBQ sauce to put on ribs? Better add chicken also. It should have an alcohol item in the mix so i have a reason to go get a case or 3. Dave

Barbeque Sauce
1 diced onion
2 tablespoons worchesire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 clove garlic
1 can of tomato sauce
1 cup of ketchup
1/2 -1/3 cup of water

Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer 20 minutes or until onions are really soft
