Front Diff

Is the front differential a 7.5 just like the rear? and what does it take to change theme to 4.11

No. The front differential is a Dana 28 Twin traction beam. Assuming the 4.1 ring and pinions are available, It's like any other gear change. Replace the old ring and pinion with a new ring and pinion (and all of the little details that go with it). I'm not sure about carrier breaks, so you may also need a new carrier.
