Dec flash issues with fuel gauge
Anybody out there experiencing problems with the fuel gauge since the Dec flash. Mine started acting up right after.
The dealer said it is "normal". Won't go to full after filling up after two shutdowns, key off and starts.

I've had the fuel gage gremlin since the truck was new had it in the shop they did a bunch of stuff to it and it still acts wierd for example I could drive three hundred mile until it reads 1/2 tank park it overnight and the next day tank read full all the way to work. I think its the fuel ferries filling it up while I sleep. I also noticed the samething with a temp loaner F-150 so it must be a common thing with ford products

I had an 86 Bronco I bought new in 85 and drove for 240,000 miles. The gas gauge never worked. I bought the F250SD 6.0L to replace the Bronco. I guess I brought the fuel gauge gremlin with me.
