Maybe I can suggest an answer to your question...
That the specs on the truck I bought were that it wa a quiet diesel with pilot injection that got better as mileage than my 7.3...
Neither of which is true..
I THINK this may fail under Truth in advertising...

If you can find and justifiably claim, using the printed promotional materials on that issue, you may well have a considerable argument. These arguments and materials, can also be applied when filing a claim for buy-back.

Thanks for the repost of that info....
While I'm not happy with the PI being taken away, I still LOVE our Ex... it is the BEST travelling vehicle I've ever owned...
I just know it can be (and was!) better...
it's somehat like agreeing on the pay for a job, starting the job, and then having your pay cut by 20%...
doesn't exactly make you happy !
