Lightbulb assembly plant

I have been reading the threads about failures and mileage. I have not seen anyone ask about where engine was assembled. I am assuming that there is more than one plant or they would not put that info on the label... any thoughts?
Just for info sake 03 250 torque shift, bad # 8 injector at 2500 miles (would not fire, no oil contam) at least that is what the dealer said.

Look at the top of the drivers side valve cover near the firewall. There is a label there with the manufacture date and engine plant location. You will probably need a flashlight to see it.
