Has anyone done a throttle body modification? (Bore it out and put in a new butterfly) Or does anyone know of an aftermarket company that sells larger throttle bodies? I want a bit more on the low end for towing my boat. Anyones help on this would greatly appreciated.
You can buy a 70mm (or 75mm - I can't remember. I believe 75mm is the performance one) throttle body off of Ebay easily for under $200. At that point, you may have to a bit of boring/shaving with the intake.

That's a really good question. I followed a long, detailed thread about this a while back and many wanted to know the same thing....seems that there weren't any ported/polished necks available. Hence, a larger TB won't really do you any good without a matching neck.
Try a search of this forum because I posted a thread (Matt mentioned it) that gave instructions. It's not hard, but is time consuming.
BBK makes a twin 75mm throttle body for a pretty reasonable price at PerfomanceProducts.com. Has anyone done one of these before? Do I really need a twin?
