Suggestions to fix Bed Locker??

Hey all, hope y'all had a great holiday season, now its time to get back to work.

I've had a BedLocker unit on my truck since new, it works great. Problem is the powder coating they use has deteriorated to unsightly in about 3 years. Not a real gripe with the AZ sun exposure, but now that it looks like crap I'd like to fix 'er up before spring.

The slats are aluminum, my thought is that for ultimate durability they should probably be anodized. I believe anodizing requires non-cast aluminum parts, and these could be extruded or cast.

Has anyone refinished their BedLocker? If so, what did you do: paint, powder coat, anodize? If anybody with aluminum finishing experience can show me the light, I'd appreciate it.
