noises

ford F100 390 manual, the other day i was driving to work, and in the parking lot about 100 yards from my spot, i was in first gear and i took it up to about 2000 rpms and i heard this noise almost like a bolt when you put it in a coffee can, and then every time i rev it up at a little over 2000 it makes that noise, my clutch also acted a little funny, but it has done that before when it gets warm, i wanna say it is the fly wheel because of the other probs i have been having with the starting, anyone have any idea?

yea, its on the floor, it was on the colum but it was transfered to the floor, does it have to deal with the transmission, cause it also sometimes rattles when im accelerating, but the noise i was talking about with the bolt in a coffee can, sometimes it doesnt make any noise at all, but then when i get on it a little bit, it will and then the noise comes more frequently

wasnt even thinking, i know where the throw out bearing is, but i just had a brand new clutch and assembly in my truck not even two months ago, but the more i hear it, the more it sounds like it is the throw out bearing, but before it was really obvious, the was a faint sound when i got into high rpms, a quiet squeek, does any one know what the could be? or any different ideas about the throw out bearing
