F350 Returned
The response from the dealer was "Ford's design spec is that 3/4-1" of sag is acceptable". They went on to say that Ford would reluctantly send a replacement spring for the rear and that might level it out some, but they didn't know how much.
I just told them to keep the truck and sell it to someone whose quality expectations matched Ford's.
It's a double bummer since I will miss out on the $2000 rebate on the 02's, but that's life.

Some call it a six-pack, I call it a support group.
Their main concern is that I destroy any surveys Ford sends me and not respond to them.
I'm happy to unload this thing, but I still need a truck.

Lesson learned, never buy a truck or vehicle at night, you cant see all the defects in the dark becouse those shiny lights at the dealer just make any vehicle look soooooo nice and problem free.
